Common Data Set
The Common Data Set (CDS) initiative is a collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community and publishers. The CDS files contain information on enrollment and persistence, freshman and transfer student admission, academic offerings and policies, student life, annual expenses, financial aid, instructional faculty and class size, and degrees conferred.
2019-2020 U.S. News & World Report
The 2019-2020 US News and World Report Best Colleges report show that Loyola University Chicago’s ranking in the National Universities list went from 89 last year to 104 this year. This change was predicted since last year’s increase (from 103 in 2017-2018) was fueled by an anomalously high six year graduation rate. This past year, our graduation rate was more typical of the recent trend. Additionally, US News added 80 schools to the National Universities list, so the change from last year was anticipated. 2018-19 Diversity Report
The 2018-2019 diversity report shows a steady, progressive movement towards greater diversity and a positive change in the number and percentage of women and minorities in all areas: faculty, students, and staff. Read more about the full report.
